What file formats do you accept?+
STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP. STL, OBJ and 3MF are measured automatically for an instant price; STEP gets a manual check and a confirmed price within 24h.
Is the price on this page final?+
It's a close, transparent estimate computed from your file's actual volume. The studio confirms the real price after checking your file can print cleanly as-is — supports, wall thickness and orientation can shift it slightly.
What's the biggest size you can print?+
Standard FDM build volume is roughly 25 × 25 × 30 cm per part. Bigger designs can usually be split and joined — mention it in the notes and we'll advise.
Can I get a physical sample before a bulk order?+
Yes — ask for a single-unit sample print in your notes before committing to a larger quantity.
Do you sign NDAs for prototypes?+
Yes, for legitimate product development work. Mention it in your notes and we'll send one over before we open your file.
